Join Holly Hofmann, certified yoga instructor and Marie Dittmer, MSPT for a clinic-class at Focal Point manual therapies in Portland. The next class will be held in January. All levels are welcome. Programs can be modified for physical conditions.

Building an individual program: 9-11:30 am ($90) This class is limited to 4 participants. We will do a pre-class phone interview to assess your goals and problem areas. Holly and Marie will then build a program especially for you. We will review this program, and make modifications with you during the class time. Pictures will be taken of you doing the program/ poses, and sent to you via e-mail so you can continue with this home program on your own.

  Small class salutation: 1-2:30 pm ($40) This class is limited to 8 participants. The poses will be introduced and led by Holly Hofmann. Each pose will be investigated and focused upon, to attain the greatest benefit from each pose, and from their connections during the program/salutation. Modifications will be made individually with Marie and Holly. By the end of class, participants will move through the salutation again, with a new and improved sense of the poses and flow of the moves. Pictures will be taken of Holly performing the program, and e-mailed to participants.
