Exercise has been proven over and over again through research as the best way to maintain health. Our therapists can help you regain balances in your body. The next step is to move that body, and incorporate the gains from PT into your daily life. Our weekly classes can assist you. We call these classes 'body connections' because we hope they will help you re-connect with your body, so you can fully express your true self. These classes focus on finding your core muscles, offering exercises that can help you strengthen them. Core strength aids in balancing posture, and allows for more coordinated gait patterns. We incorporate strength and stretch moves on the mat, over therapeutic balls, and utilizing yoga poses. All moves can be modified to challenge all fitness levels.
